Welcome to Nexus. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Nexus is a manual-trading operating system: it helps you research instruments, write trade plans, record the fills you executed yourself, and review your process. Nexus does not place, submit, or execute orders, and it never will — there is no order-submission capability in the product. You make every trade decision and execute it at your own broker; Nexus records what you tell it happened.
Nexus is a personal engineering project for research and learning. Nothing in it is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Calculations, indicators, levels, patterns and rule results are informational tools that can be wrong, incomplete, or based on stale or inaccurate market data. Trading involves risk, including the loss of your entire investment. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and their outcomes.
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
Card billing is not yet live. Paid plans (Pro, Elite) are currently provisioned by request — choosing one sends us an upgrade request and no card is charged. You can cancel a paid plan anytime and it returns to Free at the end of the paid period. These terms will be updated before any card billing launches.
Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform, and don't use it for anything unlawful.
Nexus is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
